This is driving me nuts.
Car is not a 250 California, but what the hell is it?
The rear seats have center pull belts - Current California has side pull, and the seats look smaller in the California than this.
There looks like there is more leg room in this, than a modern California.
That's not a modern California's windshield, which usually is left behind when reskinning with new sheet metal.
All I know, is that it has a California V8, and was broken down !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

The complete lack of Ferrari badging would lead me to believe it's some kind of kit car, albeit a very well-done kit car.

If it was just some tarted up C4 Corvette, or some other kit, it probably wouldn't be so curious.
Someone put a Ferrari engine in a kit car, and my mind is blown. That's usually not the first choice when assembling a kit.

A chopped up one of these?
Mid front engine, with room for a Ferrari V8 and a 4 seater convertible. thats my best guess.

Someone posted about it a while ago. It's a California (new one) underneath with the body handmade to look like the old 250.
